Q: How many people can you
service at once?

A: Upon availability, we can accommodate up to six guests at one time. For groups larger than six, we can schedule back-to-back sessions and reserve the space exclusively for your private event. We also allocate 30 minutes between each session to mingle, enjoy your drinks, and experience any add-ons of your choice from our menu.

Q: Can I bring my own food and
drinks to celebrate?

A: To maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all guests, we do not allow outside food or beverages. This policy helps us meet health and sanitation standards while ensuring the quality and consistency of the spa experience we provide.

Q: Do we all have to select the
same service?

A: While we recommend selecting the same service so everyone finishes at the same time, it is not required. Each guest is welcome to choose the service they prefer. You can view our full list of services here.

Q: What is your cancelation and/or
rescheduling policy for groups?

A: Since we schedule our team specifically to accommodate your group, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least one week in advance. If an attendee cancels on the day of the appointment without notice, the person who paid the deposit will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

Q: Are there any add-on options
available through PURE?

A: We’re happy to curate your event with a selection of add-ons tailored to your preferences. We partner with trusted local vendors to provide cakes, charcuterie boards, fruit platters, and sandwich rolls. For larger corporate events, we also collaborate with a local caterer to offer a variety of small bites.

Q: Are we able to put up our own
decorations?

A: To maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all our guests, we don’t allow outside decorations in the spa. We’re happy to help create a beautiful setup for your celebration using our own décor and add-ons.
