At PURE Head Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. In order to maintain the efficiency of our operations and ensure that every customer receives the attention they deserve, we have implemented the following policy regarding rescheduling and cancellations.

Please contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel to avoid cancellation fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
If you need to reschedule to another date and/or time, no problem! Simply click the cancel/reschedule link in your initial email confirmation or give us a call and we'll arrange that for you.

no shows
We're sorry you've missed your appointment.
A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice or confirmation.
Clients who no-show for their appointments may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis.
Clients experiencing emergencies are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible.

BUNDLE PACKAGES AND GROUP BOOKING POLICY
ALL BUNDLE PACKAGES OR GROUP BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
IF YOU HAVE BOOKED FOR AN EVENT, PLEASE CONTACT US ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE TO RE-BOOK YOUR SERVICE DATE. ANY CANCELATIONS OR RESCHEDULING WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL INCUR A CHARGE FOR HALF THE SERVICE FEE.
