At PURE Head Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. In order to maintain the efficiency of our operations and ensure that every customer receives the attention they deserve, we have implemented the following policy regarding rescheduling and cancellations.

Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. With a minimum
of 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel to avoid cancellation fee.
Cancellations and/or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a
cancellation fee of 50% of the total service amount.
If you need to reschedule to another date and/or time, no problem! Simply click the cancel/reschedule link in your initial email confirmation or give us a call and we'll arrange that for you, prior to the cancelation window.

We're sorry you've missed your appointment.
A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice or confirmation.
Clients who no-show for their appointments are subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

BUNDLE PACKAGES AND GROUP BOOKING POLICY
ALL BUNDLE PACKAGES OR GROUP BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
IF YOU HAVE BOOKED FOR AN EVENT, PLEASE CONTACT US ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE TO RE-BOOK YOUR SERVICE DATE. ANY CANCELATIONS OR RESCHEDULING WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL INCUR A FEE OF 50% OF THE SERVICE.
